Dear Santa, if I’m a Very Good Girl…
I’d really like one of these for Xmas. ::g:;
Today I visited the doctor – approx. 3 weeks after my surgery.
Of the meh:
– I have a yeast infection, caused by the antibiotics during surgery.
– He suggested I take OTC meds for the recurring insomnia
Of the good:
– I have meds for the infection.
– I may NEVER have another period again!!!
In other news, the woman that wanted to buy my Dell PC bailed and never called/showed up/e-mailed. Grr Bloody ARRGH!!!!
I think I’m going to try the Tylenol PM now and read for a while.
Tomorrow night: shopping for charity with darthrami and strange_selkie. There will be dinner involved, if not the purchase of a new lamp.

99% Vynal 1% Woman? I am so amused!
Good luck with the Tylenol PM!

It’s beyond amusing – it’s necessary.
::ponders how smart of a move it will be to actually buy one::

*dies* My friend needs that doll.
Also, *hugs*

Thanks for the hugs!
Ain’t modern medicine a lovely thing?
Comment
It is.
As is chocolate.
Speaking of which, there’s a treat, if you have a few minutes after the shindig tonight.
Comment
There is always time for chocolate!

Don’t forget who ELSE we’ll be shopping with.
*cue theme from Psycho*
It won’t be too bad as long as the event features sanity-based segregation.

earplugs? prophylactic sporks?
Comment
Now I need an icon that says Prophylactic Spork.

I was about to start looking into a new computer, want to talk?

Hey – e-me with your e-addy and I’ll send you specs.

sorry ’bout the yeast infection — btw, try to avoid sugar and caffeine for a while while it clears up, iffin you can stand to… I swear the little varmits that cause the infections thrive on that stuff.
drinking lots of plain water seems to help flush the system as well.
And why are you selling your Dell? Upgrading or aggravation?
Comment
Caffeine, too????
I was okay with the sugar, and not a bad thing, b/c I really don’t do much sugary stuff, but CAFFEINE???
::sighs::
Dell-no-more – I found myself using the iBook laptop exclusively, so really, no use for the desktop. I really really like their desktops, though, if you’re PCing and looking for something fairly simple/sturdy/etc. Plus, really good pricing.

YMMV, but I’d recommend at least decreasing the caffeine and seeing if it helps … which, BTW, means decreasing chocolate intake, as it has both sugar and caffeine…
